    ISO 17025:2005 Requirements Interpretation, Implementation & Assessment (RQ232)

    SynopsisThe workshop reviews ISO 17025:2005 standard requirements including the management requirements and the technical requirements. The management requirements includes the management system, organization, documentation control, review of contract, subcontractor management, purchasing requirement, customer complaints, control of nonconforming testing and calibration work, improvement, corrective and preventive actions, control of records, internal audit, and management review.

    The technical requirements include personnel qualification, environmental conditions, test and calibration methods and method validation, estimation of uncertainty of measurement, control of data, equipment, measurement traceability, sampling technique, handling of test and calibration items, assuring the quality of test and calibration results, report the result, calibration certificate, opinions and interpretations, testing and calibration results obtained from subcontractors, electronic transmission of results, format of reports and certificates, and, amendments to test reports and calibration certificates.
